Sunset Bay is a Windermere neighborhood of approx 36 homes and features a central pond with fountain surrounded by palm trees and benches.

The neighborhood forms a peninsula that stretches out into Lake Down with breathtaking views, especially at sunset, where the neighborhood gets it's name. The neighborhood is not gated, but many of the individual estate homes have their own driveway entry gate.

24 of the homes back to Lake Down and you are but a short walk from The Grove Shopping Plaza which is just outside the neighborhood on Conroy-Windermere Road.
