The Newbury Park neighborhood is located in the South area of Windermere just off of Winter Garden Vineland Road.

Although it is the new Windermere area, it is technically an Orlando address as it is just across the street from Windermere proper.

The Grande Pines and Lake Burden neighborhoods are next to Newbury Park and Downtown Windermere is located just 5 miles from the main entrance of Newbury Park. I-4 and 429 Expressway are close by providing quick access to all points of interest within Orlando and the Central Florida area.
