Originally from South Carolina, David has lived in Orlando for over 30 years.  A Realtor since 2013 years and a broker associate since 2018, David has worked with both commercial and residential buyers and sellers throughout Central Florida and loves to help clients find or sell their home.

A resident of Windermere, FL, David covers not only the Windermere area, but also the surrounding areas of Gotha, Dr Phillips, Winter Garden and Orlando. When not out with clients or working on this site, you may see David around Downtown Windermere, out on the Butler Chain of Lakes or playing trivia at one of Windermere's local bars.
